Biography

Joe was born in Washington, D.C, and raised in Virginia. He completed undergraduate work at American University in 1983. Subsequently, he worked as a digital artist in Atlanta and Los Angeles, until attending Loyola Marymount University, where he received an MFA in film. Presently, he is a freelance artist.
